Chief Architect and Engineering Leader

We're seeking an exceptional Chief Architect and Engineering Leader to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, experience in leading high-performing teams, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Vision: Define and drive the technical direction for our core platform and infrastructure.
  • Team Leadership: Build, scale, and lead top-tier engineering talent across functions.
  • Delivery Strategy: Own execution of major engineering initiatives with predictable timelines and partner closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Define and enforce best practices in code quality, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.
  • Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a team environment where everyone is empowered to do their best work.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in engineering leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead teams that ship high-quality products in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong technical foundation in scalable systems, distributed architectures, and modern web technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and cross-functional influencing skills.
  • High ownership mindset with strong bias for action and outcomes.
