As a highly skilled and dynamic Strategic Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Managing Director in driving strategic growth and seamless operations.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of relevant experience as an EA, Business Analyst, or Operations Coordinator. You will be responsible for managing the MD's calendar, meetings, travel plans, and communications with precision.

You will also prepare business reports, presentations, and MIS dashboards for informed decision-making. Additionally, you will collaborate with department heads to track deliverables, deadlines, and KPIs.

Your research and analytical skills will be essential in providing insights to support strategic decisions. You must handle confidential information professionally and represent the MD in meetings, ensuring accurate minutes and follow-up actions.

Other key responsibilities include supporting client interactions, strategic projects, and business development initiatives. Your ability to prioritize high-value tasks will optimize the MD's time.

Candidate Profile:
  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree required.
  • Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word); MIS reporting tools knowledge is a plus.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and business acumen are expected.
