We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Energy Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and remote assistance to customers.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in renewable energy systems to work with us. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert-level technical support for PCS/BESS products, including product debugging, maintenance, and modification.

As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues with PCS/BESS products, guiding customers through simple fault resolution, and managing on-site spare parts inventory to ensure optimal system performance.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships through effective communication, organizing customer feedback, and conducting training sessions for on-site customers.

It is essential that you possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Extensive experience working with renewable energy systems, particularly PCS/BESS products.
  • Strong understanding of power distribution diagrams and user manuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated mindset with the ability to plan in ambiguous situations.
