As a seasoned professional in customer management, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that solve complex business problems and opportunities. You will leverage advanced methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and business process re-engineering to deliver sustainable value.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication and trust.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Driving the execution of global design solutions across local organizations and Genpact operations.
  • Meeting defined key performance indicators (KPIs) as per contractual agreements.
  • Assessing operational performance against standards and taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Sharing best practices with stakeholders and promoting organizational excellence.
  • Providing subject matter expertise on digital tools, RPA, AI/ML, and other emerging technologies.
  • Supporting transitions and training initiatives.
  • Tracking and resolving customer concerns and issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer management-related roles, preferably in HRO.
  • Several years of experience in BPO, call center, or shared services environments.
  • Project management experience and skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in teams.
  • Accountability and problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and applications like SAP, ServiceNow, etc.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in HRO and project management is highly desirable. LSS certification is also a plus.
