A career in semiconductor wafer fabrication maintenance awaits you as a Wet Etch Equipment Specialist. Your expertise in equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting will be invaluable to our operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • You will oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of wet etch equipment including 200/300mm Wet Benches (SES, DNS, FSI Zeta) and single-wafer processing tools.
  • Your role involves performing robot teaching and adjustments for these tools.
  • Responsible for planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for WET etch equipment.
  • Complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolving tool issues are key aspects of this role.
  • Broad knowledge of Brooks and Assyst SMIFs is essential.
  • You must ensure safe execution of tasks with good housekeeping practices.
  • Mitsubishi/Omron PLC knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with subsystems such as CDS, DI heaters, ozone generators, and chillers is also required.
  • Good understanding of chemical safety protocols is necessary.
  • Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance is required.
  • Degree or diploma in engineering with relevant experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team environment are necessary.
