Seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive B2B sales for infrastructure and aviation projects.

The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and develop tailored solutions that meet clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by pursuing new business opportunities in the infrastructure and aviation sectors.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and pipeline progress.
  • Travel as required to client sites for business growth and relationship management.

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years' experience in Business Development, preferably in infrastructure, aviation, automation, or clean-tech industries.
  • Exposure to large-scale projects in metros, bridges, airlines, airports, or safety auditing firms.
  • Strong communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting formats.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and closures.

Preferred Backgrounds:

  • Working professionals from leading infrastructure companies.
  • Aviation sector professionals with safety assessment/structural integrity experience.
  • Profiles from metro projects, safety commissions, or large-scale engineering/structural safety backgrounds.
