About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished financial professional with expertise in managing large-scale projects, conducting financial feasibility studies and valuations, and developing strategic investment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, discounted cash flow projections, and valuation assessments for infrastructure and investment opportunities.
  • Develop and review complex financial models to inform investment decisions and support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Provide expert advisory services on infrastructure finance, PPP projects, and real estate investments.
  • Deliver high-quality insights and recommendations to clients across sectors such as transportation, aviation, and social infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to structure deals and financing strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Certifications: CFA, FMVA, or AFM (Advanced Financial Modelling) preferred.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated track record in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for complex infrastructure projects.
  • Proven expertise in financial modelling, infrastructure finance, and investment advisory services.
  • Experience in PPP and aviation projects is a valuable asset.
