Job Description

The Technology Project Management (TPM) role within Enterprise Platform Engineering Operations is to lead and deliver the IT Infrastructures Intranet Extranet Servers Storage Voice Collaboration Technologies etc across the globe.

  • The TPM has to collaborate closely with various team members including Site IT Service Teams Product Teams Infrastructure Architects Purchasing Finance Manufacturing IT etc and deliver the IT Infrastructure for Manufacturing and Non-manufacturing locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver IT Infrastructure across the globe ensuring alignment with company objectives through effective collaboration and stakeholder management.

  2. Guide program teams to ensure goal alignment and achieve desired outcomes.

  3. Establish governance structure and processes to maintain alignment and produce accurate timely reporting at the program level.

  4. Ensure effective integration management throughout the project lifecycle.

  5. Develop and manage funding plans program charters program releases and project plans driving the team to deliver value.

  6. Develop budget and financial plans for programs.

  7. Support the creation of program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services based on values and priorities.

  8. Manage program and delivery level risks and issues supporting mitigation and resolution.

  9. Ensure appropriate use of project management and demand management tools techniques processes and methods.

  10. Support project teams with a lightweight process framework based on complexity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of business and IT stakeholders.

  • Experience and proven ability to deploy infrastructure.

  • High-level project management competence.

  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and leadership directly and deliver results.

  • Ability to drive and meet delivery timelines forecasted risks and issues and track to close meticulously.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with globally distributed business and IT stakeholders.

  • Organized attention to detail with strong written and oral communication.

  • Ability to use and explore collaboration tools.

  • Ability to understand business requirements and ensure process discipline.

  • Ability to recognize and implement improvement opportunities.

  • Ability to leverage skills and support team members.
