Job Summary

You will be part of a team responsible for the day-to-day operation and administration of our global contact distribution platform. This role requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to troubleshoot issues and support business units globally.

To excel in this position, you should have experience with contact center telecommunications architecture, proficiency in English, and expertise in building and administering contact routing solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational administration of our global contact distribution platform
  • Leverage your knowledge of telecommunications platforms to assist project teams and partners
  • Act as the execution lead to ensure project deliverables are met on time and to quality standards
  • Participate in regular meetings with peers across regions
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with contact center telecommunications architecture
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Direct professional experience with contact routing, test routines, cutover plans, and disaster recovery solutions
Favorable Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient at creating easy-to-understand flowcharts and pictorial representations of technical solutions
  • Established expertise in evaluating risks and benefits of different solution options
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or CS related field

In this role, you will work independently to exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria without unnecessary delays. You will also operate effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet business objectives.
