Pricebook Coordinator Role

This is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to work in a role where you can make a real impact.

  • As a Pricebook Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing information for retail stores.

Responsibilities include:

  • Entering and maintaining item-level detail information in the Enterprise Pricebook.
  • Setting up new vendors and updating product information to ensure timely promotions and sales.
  • Maintaining and cleaning up Pricebook data to ensure regular upkeep of item information and discontinuing old items.
  • Collaborating with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Vendor Partners on daily tasks.
  • Identifying, researching, and resolving problems through reporting and other means.
Requirements

For this position, we are looking for candidates with:

  • PDI/Price Book experience, though not necessary.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to learn store applications including PDI software.
  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-up.
  • Excellent data entry and communication skills.
  • A team player with flexibility to changing assignments and direction.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
