About the Role:

This key position involves collaborating closely with Senior Management to define and execute our financial strategy.

You will manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing company finances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Supervising AR/AP, Payroll, tax, and statutory compliance operations.
  • Providing stakeholders with financial visibility through dashboards and regular reports on yearly, quarterly, and monthly performance.
  • Forecasting cash flow, assessing borrowing needs, and determining available funds for expenses and investments.
  • Assisting in preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets at organizational and functional levels.
  • Reporting budget variances to management and providing detailed explanations.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of finance experience in small to medium-sized companies or technology startups with a global reach.
  • In-depth knowledge of US & Indian GAAP, with practical experience in global finance practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and address new challenges.
