Job Title: Financial Manager

About the Role:
  1. This role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions including sales, purchases, expenses and bank entries.
  2. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling vendor payments, customer receipts and petty cash accounting.
  3. A key responsibility of this position is performing 3-way invoice matching (PO, GRN, Invoice).
  4. The individual in this role will ensure timely vendor payments and maintain accurate vendor master details.
  5. Responsibilities include preparing vendor ageing reports and assisting in monitoring cash flow.
  6. Bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliation and month-end closing are also part of this role.
  7. The successful candidate will independently prepare and file GST and TDS returns while staying updated on changes in tax laws.
  8. This position involves reconciling data for GST annual return and coordinating with departments for accurate inputs.
  9. The selected candidate will participate in internal/statutory audits and generate MIS reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in accounting and finance is necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • A strong understanding of Accounting Principles and vendor management is required.
  • Familiarity with GST and TDS compliances is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data analysis skills are necessary.
  • Experience with SAP and Ind AS is desirable.

Preferred qualifications include proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong analytical skills.
