Role Overview

We seek an accomplished professional with deep understanding of Investment Banking and Asset Reconstruction to collaborate closely with the Promoter in shaping strategy, monitoring deal pipelines, and overseeing transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic business initiatives through collaboration with the Promoter.
  • Apply knowledge of Investment Banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Participate in daily business meetings with the Promoter to review developments and progress.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulators.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • Proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • Strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with promoters, boards, or senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
