Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Management:
    • Perform thorough checks on operational issues escalated by less experienced team members.
    • Reconcile daily pending transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Service:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing the function's reputation and meeting customer expectations.
    • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within MUFG.
  • People Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing loan operations team, ensuring effective workload distribution, performance management, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Other/Control:
    • Manage risk profile for the department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing controls to mitigate risks.
    • Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws, and regulations.
