  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple branches, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Lead and mentor branch managers to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor loan disbursements and collections for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding branch and cluster-level targets.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Analyze branch performance data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations and reporting.

Requirements:

  • A Master's or Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial services, particularly in loan management.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A demonstrated track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
  • Sound knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
  • Experience in the gold loan sector is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple branches efficiently.
