Job Title: SAP Project System Application Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, build, and configuration of applications with a strong focus on SAP Project System (PS).

This role is responsible for driving collaboration across teams, overseeing application development, and ensuring successful project delivery that aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Project System (PS), providing guidance and expertise to the team.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team, ensuring accountability for decisions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key organizational decisions.
  • Provide effective solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training and skill development opportunities for team members.
  • Oversee and monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure application design, configuration, and development meet organizational standards and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS) with a minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and their application in SAP PS.
  • Proven experience in application design, build, and configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of integration processes and tools related to SAP PS.
