SAP B1 Finance Expert Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled SAP B1 finance expert to fill this key position. As the primary liaison between our IT and business teams, you will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization: Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements. Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) to align with business needs.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership: Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems. Implement best practices and ensure compliance.
  • System Integrations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
  • Ownership & Mentorship: Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks. Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting, Support & Documentation: Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.

This role requires a strong ability to communicate complex ideas and translate business requirements into actionable plans.
