Job Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a skilled Labor Relations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing labor relations strategies across various business units.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies to ensure harmonious relationships between management and employees.
- Provide guidance and training to HR teams on labor relations best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for local labor negotiations and union interactions.
- Collaborate with global teams to develop and implement regional labor relations policies.
- Analyze labor market trends and make recommendations to senior leadership.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with the following qualifications:
- Masters degree in Industrial Relations, Law or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in Indian labor relations, including 4+ years at a corporate level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead labor negotiations and sign labor/union negotiation contracts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and organizations.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
- Strong technical expertise in labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
