About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Service Excellence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Foster a culture where team members are enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service.
  2. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints, adhering to defined SLAs and KPIs.
  3. Enforce quality standards for customer interactions, striving for high Customer Satisfaction scores.
  4. Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Provide complex issue management support, collaborate with partners on outstanding issues, and take ownership to close issues.
  6. Ensure the team receives necessary training, knowledge, and development to deliver high-quality services.
  7. Mentor team members to deliver excellent service, perform operational transactions to a high standard, and continually improve performance.
  8. Manage team attendance, work in roster shifts, and provide required support to team members.
  9. Contribute to the development and execution of customer service strategies and initiatives.
  10. Craft a fair, transparent, and inclusive culture for all colleagues.
Requirements
  • Experience or capability in using CRM software to manage customer information and interactions effectively.
  • Conflict resolution skills to de-escalate situations and maintain customer satisfaction.
