About this Role:

We are urgently seeking a skilled Corporate Legal professional with hands-on experience in securitisation, debt documentation, and co-lending structures. This is a high-impact role, pivotal to enabling and supporting our core lending operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Key Transactions
  • Providing Legal Support to Internal Stakeholders
  • Liaising with External Counselors, Lenders, and Financial Institutions
  • Ensuring Compliance with Regulatory Guidelines

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the lending/financial services space.
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC/DA documentation, and debt and borrowing transactions.
  • Prior work experience in FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environments is highly preferred.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

This is a critical and strategic role with direct impact on high-value financial transactions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents for key transactions. You will also provide legal support to internal stakeholders, ensuring that all documentation meets applicable regulatory guidelines.

You will liaise with external counselors, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely execution of transactions. Your strong legal knowledge and prior experience in co-lending structures, PTC/DA documentation, and debt and borrowing transactions will be highly valued.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the lending/financial services space. Prior work experience in FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environments is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. They will also be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
