Job Description

As a UX Research Intern, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to uncover insights that shape the future of our platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll get exposure to different research methods—from engaging directly with users to analyzing competitor products—while contributing to meaningful product improvements.

  • User Interviews: Plan, conduct, and summarize 1:1 interviews to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Heuristic Evaluations: Review our product to spot usability issues and suggest improvements.
  • Competitor Analysis: Benchmark competitor products and highlight opportunities for innovation.
  • Qualitative Research: Identify themes and insights from interviews, usability tests, and feedback.
  • Quantitative Research: Assist with surveys, data collection, and analysis to uncover behavioral patterns.
  • Collaboration: Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to turn findings into actionable solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong interest in UX research, usability, and human-centered design is required. Familiarity with basic research methods (interviews, surveys, competitor analysis) is also essential.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and note-taking skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
