We are seeking a Digital Adoption Specialist to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in identifying target audiences' training needs, understanding customer applications and processes, and deriving actionable insights to improve digital adoption.

This role requires excellent communication skills for client engagement, with a focus on mandate JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ERP/CRM expertise as a technical product/business specialist.

  • The ideal candidate will have a good technical/engineering bachelor's/professional degree, preferably with a background in software development/solutions/professional services.
  • A minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience is required, with proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, and a knack for understanding systems, architecture, and security aspects.

Responsibilities include working with global customers to identify training needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, consulting, and proposing optimal digital adoption solutions using the client product ecosystem.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to develop product expertise, prioritize tasks, and work on multiple customer projects concurrently.

Additional requirements include an awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies, knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, and the ability to understand enterprise applications such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.

Preferred skills include excellent spoken English skills for frequent communication with North American clients, awareness of diverse cultures, and knowledge of MERN stack technologies such as React JS, Frontend development, and active development frameworks.
