We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Governance and Administration specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements within the SailPoint platform.

This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to maintain a secure and efficient Identity Governance and Administration environment.

  • Provide L3 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Work on defect fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration updates.
  • Analyze logs and debug code to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams for customizations, workflows, and integration updates.
  • Manage connectors for various target systems (AD, Azure AD, Databases, LDAP, etc.).
  • Implement and manage SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications.
  • Perform environment upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Support onboarding of new applications and entitlement structures.
  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

The successful candidate will possess:

  1. Expert-level knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
