Quality Assurance Automation Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to fortify our engineering team. Your key focus will be on crafting reliable automation tests for our cutting-edge applications built on NestJS, Next.js, Node.js, React, and React Native.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain UI automation tests for React (web) and React Native (mobile) applications.
  • Write and maintain API automation tests for NestJS/Node.js backend services using Postman and scripting frameworks.
  • Collaborate with developers to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive automation coverage across frontend, backend, and mobile applications.
  • Analyze test failures, investigate logs, and provide detailed defect reports.
  • Continuously improve automation frameworks for scalability and maintainability.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in QA automation.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for test scripting.
  • Experience with UI automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Detox for React Native.
  • Proficiency in API testing and automation using Postman/Newman or similar frameworks.
  • Understanding of software testing principles, SDLC, and agile practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with mobile automation frameworks like Appium, Detox.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, Locust.
  • Basic understanding of containerization like Docker/Kubernetes.
