Senior Automation Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to fill this challenging role. As a senior automation test engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive test scenarios in collaboration with product management, development, and delivery teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote efficient testing processes by preparing standard test cases, running tests on various application components and features to identify and resolve functional and technical issues.
  • Design innovative test scenarios to ensure 100% requirement coverage; prepare and maintain test cases, report defects, and manage the overall testing process effectively.
  • Support software development workflow by actively participating in Scrum ceremonies and promoting best practices.
  • Develop automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related tools/frameworks, and optimize them for scalability and efficiency.
  • Execute performance test scripts using JMeter or Gatling to identify bottlenecks and enhance system performance.
  • Create mobile automation test scripts using Appium for Android and iOS platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed test requirements and fully understand application functionality.
  • Analyze results, identify defects, and recommend improvements to increase quality standards.
  • Enhance test automation frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Mentor junior testers and support knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in test automation processes, tools, and quality standards.

Requirements:
