About This Role

  • This position is for a seasoned automation testing specialist who can design, implement, and execute automated testing strategies using various tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing automated testing frameworks that cater to the needs of diverse applications and systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define test automation strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Leading performance testing and End-to-End (E2E) testing initiatives to guarantee optimal system performance.
  • Working closely with Agile/Scrum/Dev/Ops teams to ensure timely project delivery and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance to help them grow professionally.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in automation testing, with a strong background in multiple programming languages and tools.
  • Proficiency in Java, SoapUI, REST, Linux, Docker, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or other relevant tools, along with experience with multiple automation frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of performance testing principles and E2E testing methodologies.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and adapt to new tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with running automation tests on cloud platforms like Azure is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of performance testing concepts and ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience with E2E testing and ability to create robust test scenarios.
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems.
