
Sales Performance Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Lead to drive revenue growth, achieve business targets, and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, team management, and client relationship building.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed business objectives.
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain daily visibility into sales performance and ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- IDentify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding our client base.
- Deliver regular training sessions and performance reviews for the sales team.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to management to inform better decision-making.
- Support in resolving escalated client inquiries and ensuring seamless operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and achieve results within deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
