Quality Assurance Automation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Automation Lead to join our organization.

This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive QA strategy and test plan, defining testing methodologies, standards, and procedures, and overseeing the creation and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques, as well as hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include managing the defect tracking process, collaborating closely with development teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

We also require a candidate with 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, who can lead and manage the QA team effectively.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for defining testing methodologies, standards, and procedures, and overseeing the creation and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.

Additionally, knowledge of Agile development methodologies and relevant certifications are desirable but not essential.
