Automation Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Architect to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation and be proficient in tools such as Selenium, UFT, and Soap UI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing automation frameworks to enhance test efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Developing and maintaining test scripts using various programming languages and testing frameworks.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives and standardize test automation processes.
  • Leading the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard test automation methodologies and best practices.
  • Mentoring junior and senior software quality engineers to ensure knowledge transfer and growth within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 17-20 years of experience in test automation with a strong background in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with various automation tools including Selenium, UFT, and Soap UI, as well as other relevant testing frameworks and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to see the test automation architecture as a whole system, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and document test automation processes.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and customer-facing experience to ensure successful project delivery.
