The Customer Onboarding Team is looking for a skilled professional to lead the onboarding process and ensure seamless integration with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the customer onboarding process, including training, implementation, and ensuring smooth account management.">
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external teams to guarantee smooth account management.">
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate process improvement and overall account health.">
  • Serve as our product champion, driving adoption and expanding features in collaboration with our product team.">
  • Resolve product support queries as they arise.">
  • Work cross-functionally with product management to surface customer requests and translate customer feedback into product requirements.">
  • Play a key role in operationalizing the implementation function as the team scales.">

About You:

  • ">
  • You have 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in technical onboarding or similar positions.">
  • You have experience managing customer implementations for enterprise clients or consulting with clients on business process improvements at senior levels.">
  • You have an in-depth understanding of SaaS and cloud-based software environments.">
  • You are a builder mindset, comfortable working in a startup environment and taking projects from concept to delivery.">
  • You have knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and database structures, with experience troubleshooting technical issues.">
  • You are able to run projects with unique roadmaps and varying client requirements.">
  • You are comfortable defining customer workflow and automation requirements by asking insightful questions.">
  • You are skilled at teasing out nuanced details from customers to identify their pain points and develop effective solutions.">
