Job Title: D365 Finance & Operations Developer

Role : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer (D365 F&O Developer) | Drive Digital Transformation in a Business Setting.

Location: Remote Opportunity

Contract Type: Full Time, Long Term Engagement

Rate: Competitive Daily Rate (10% TDS deduction)

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations professional to lead system upgrades, Power Platform integration, and digital transformation initiatives. As our expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our systems, manage upgrades, and drive end-to-end automation using Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support D365 F&O upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
  • Customize and configure modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Inventory.
  • Design and integrate solutions using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Collaborate across departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage data migration, reporting, and system optimization initiatives.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Deep understanding of F&O modules and architecture.
  • Proven experience integrating D365 with Power Platform.
  • Skilled in configurations, customizations, and data strategies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SQL, analytics tools, or D365 certifications.
