Job Title: Enterprise Architect

This role is about taking charge of overall strategy and direction for an organization's technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing architecture and design leadership for complex digital transformation programs, handling large deals, and aligning IT services with enterprise goals to create a competitive advantage.

As a key member of the team, you will bring best practices to bear in advising business and IT stakeholders on governance structure and execution of the transformation program. Your experience in design, build, and operations of large-scale systems and familiarity with concepts such as DevSecOps, Test Automation, Configuration Management, SRE, AIOps, Value Stream Management, Intelligent Automation are highly valued.

You will work closely with diverse stakeholders including business, operations, and engineering teams to achieve desired business outcomes. You must be a thought leader who can guide senior architects, technology, and domain experts to deliver desired outcomes.

Your deep expertise in one or more industry domains and awareness of latest technology trends enable you to recommend disruptive technologies that lead to product or service differentiation. Excellent communication skills allow you to articulate solutions involving complex systems and abstract concepts in simplest possible terms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 20+ years of experience in IT Industry, with at least 10 years in leadership roles involving enterprise architecture, solution design, and engineering for large-scale, complex transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading end-to-end architecture for large-scale multi-year, multi-vendor digital transformation programs involving multiple pillars.
  • Excellent understanding of software engineering concepts, SDLC processes, Non-functional design, sizing, and capacity planning, deployment design.
  • Experience in dealing with partners, tool, and technology vendors as required for new solution rollout or troubleshooting issues.
  • Familiarity with concepts such as DevSecOps, Test Automation, Configuration Management, SRE, AIOps, Value Stream Management, Intelligent Automation.

  • Delivering enterprise architecture blueprint and advising on setup associated artifact hierarchy and ownership.
  • Establishing architecture and design governance including standards, best practices, guidelines, and associated compliance processes.
  • Analyzing business impact that certain technical choices may have on a client's business processes.
  • Evaluating project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required.
