
Business Development Broker Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to establish, nurture, and expand partnerships with Stock Market brokerage firms in India.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic alliances, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless collaboration between our company and brokers to drive mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions.
- Identify and acquire new Brokers PAN India.
- Onboard new brokers to expand our network.
- Manage and nurture relationships with brokerage partners (Brokers providing DEMAT account), coordinate trading activities, and provide support to retail investors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring long-term engagement.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to align with company objectives and broker expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance broker onboarding processes and trading platform integration.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
- Provide training and support to brokers on our trading solutions and value propositions.
- Regularly analyze broker performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement broker-related promotional campaigns.
