Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage customer interactions, resolve complaints efficiently, and provide timely solutions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand various documents related to sales agreements, and proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Understand and work with various documents related to sale agreements, deeds, and other legal documentation.
- Facilitate customer registration and other legal-related documentation.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer experience using AI-powered tools.
- Liaise with departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Process customer accounts and file documents efficiently.
- Work on improving turnaround times and complete additional tasks assigned by senior authorities.
This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
