Customer Service Team Lead Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to drive exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing customer support teams and driving excellence in customer service delivery.

  • Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to ensure outstanding customer experience.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer support team.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the customer support process.
  • Motivate and encourage the team to achieve their targets and goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a customer support or customer service role, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
