Key Role Summary

The primary function of this position is to handle daily hotel reservations, facilitate client communication via phone and email, and process their requests. This involves securing hotel confirmations in a timely manner and forwarding them to clients.

This is an ongoing task that requires meticulous attention and effective interaction skills.

At the end of each cycle (monthly or fortnightly), the incumbent will need to generate reports on all bookings made and share them with clients according to their specified format.

We utilize an Enterprise Resource Planning system for managing booking records and generating reports.
