Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Revenue Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the revenue management department, ensuring the smooth running of hotel reservations and meeting & events enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue management, with excellent problem-solving capabilities and managerial skills. They will be able to work proactively to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.

The Revenue Manager will develop and implement strategies to identify, communicate and deliver key revenue management metrics. They will effectively manage the life cycle of the team within the department, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and scrutinizing business performance, providing recommendations to drive financial performance. They will also ensure adherence to all legislation and best practice activities, performing follow-up as required.
