Job Title

Seeking an accomplished Principal Programmer to lead programming support across various projects and clients.

  • Lead internal and client study team meetings effectively, facilitating collaboration among team members.
  • Present study updates internally and at client meetings, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project progress.
  • Develop innovative ideas and share knowledge within the team and with colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Perform work in compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, policies, procedures, and training, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other subject with high statistical content.
  • Minimum 7-8 years SAS statistical programming experience, with expertise in database programming using SQL.
  • Advanced statistical methods experience, including survival analysis and regression.
  • Real-world healthcare claims and EHR data experience, utilizing datasets such as MarketScan, Optum, and Medicare databases.

Preferred Requirements

  • Master's degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or other subject with high statistical content.
  • Training or experience using OMOP common data model, Python, R, Databricks, or other cloud-based software.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience, with exposure to observational research methods, epidemiological methods, and Oncology-specific analyses.
