Job Title

The Associate Director, Production leads a dedicated vertical in end-to-end production processes and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all stages of production projects ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Creative Producers fostering their professional growth and effective project management.
  • Ensure all internal and external processes are followed including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of creative and production output ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing preferably within BFSI sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of production workflows including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
