Job Overview

This role involves leading product strategy and execution of a CX portfolio with a focus on Unica Marketing Platform. The Director will work closely with Development to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction of customers and business partners.

  • Understand existing install base, develop features and roadmap to retain customers and drive renewals.
  • Identify market trends and competitive insights to create breakthrough features in the roadmap.
  • Develop SAAS solution that blends existing strengths of the product, optimizing costs while being differentiated in the market.
  • Execute the roadmap with prioritization and precision, collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Evangelize new feature functions and product versions to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Establish a top brand for Customer Experience platforms by engaging with customers, partners, analysts, and industry experts.
  • Drive strategic clarity for CX product differentiation through outside-in analysis of market, competitive, customer, and technological forces.
  • Create well-defined major release roadmaps with WOWs, working with CX Solutions stakeholders.
  • Work with Development, Customers, and Partners to ensure right features get built in a timely manner with excellent product quality, ease of upgrading and adoption, and delight.
Key Objectives:
  • Identify and rank critical backlog, product, and technical debt issues in Jira instance.
  • Establish Aha within the existing community as the designation for ideation and conduct f2f events to collect feedback.
  • Build and communicate the HCL roadmap for this portfolio with all stakeholders.
Essential Qualities:
  • Works well under pressure and can prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and communicate with diplomacy and tact.
  • Able to influence cross-functional teams with thoughtful insight and without formal authority.

Candidates should have proven background and in-depth product and technical knowledge of similar customer experience platforms, such as Pega, Adobe Marketing, or Sales Force Marketing. Knowledge of using Aha or similar Product Management tools is a plus.
