Engineering Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned engineering manager to lead our product development efforts. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Own the delivery of product commitments, participate in product roadmap discussions, and provide input on design, modeling, and architectural decisions.
  • Lead teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes, driving efficiency and productivity to produce high-quality output.
  • Define non-functional requirements (NFRs) and build systems that meet NFR requirements, performing design and code reviews.
  • Use tools and techniques to enhance the quality of code and design, focusing on constant reduction of code debt.
  • Collaborate with other team leaders and departments, building and developing required competence in the team.
  • Mentor team members and prepare them for possible future roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, with around 7-15 years of total experience working on delivery/development/team management.

Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with EVM, Android-related technology, and minimum 1-3 years of experience working in mobile technologies like Android.

Good understanding of commonly used databases like SQL, NoSQL, and proficiency in stakeholder management and conflict resolutions.
