Marketing Executive Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing the entire marketing cycle, from lead generation to campaign execution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Identify potential leads through digital campaigns and social media platforms.
    • Research and qualify leads using CRM tools and industry databases.
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
    • Develop targeted campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Marketing Execution
    • Plan and implement campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising channels.
    • Create engaging marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, and presentations.
    • Manage brand visibility across online and offline platforms.
    • Collaborate with design and product teams to create customer-centric messaging.
  • Marketing Analytics & Insights
    • Track lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, lead funnel, and market trends.
    • Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to refine strategies.
    • Provide actionable insights for optimizing campaigns and improving sales outcomes.
  • Sales & Business Support
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
    • Support pre-sales activities with presentations and proposal inputs.
    • Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and targeted communication.
    • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through customer segmentation and profiling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Less than 2 years or 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.
  • Analytical mindset with skills in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and drip campaigns.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
