    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, driving loyalty and retention.
    • Report on customer trends, feedback, and loyalty metrics to inform business decisions.
    Requirements:
    • Experience:
      • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in CRM, luxury retail, or jewelry brands.
    • Skills & Tools:
      • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
