Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate the execution of skill training programs across multiple centers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the skill development sector, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure end-to-end execution of skill training programs meets project guidelines and standards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including government departments, local authorities, and training partners to facilitate program delivery.
  • Support mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements to achieve program objectives.
  • Monitor center performance through regular visits and reporting to ensure optimal results.
  • Assist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports to funding agencies to maintain program integrity.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools for efficient program management.
  • In-depth understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape for informed decision-making.
