We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets in international markets.

The ideal candidate will focus on identifying, engaging, and securing large enterprise accounts, with an emphasis on hunting for new business, managing accounts, and closing deals end-to-end. They will have the ability to translate complex customer needs into clean, product-shaping feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential enterprise customers, presenting tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders across international markets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions that align with client requirements and comply with local regulations.
  • Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and gather market feedback.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience within a CPG brand or SaaS platform with an MBA or equivalent from a Tier 1 Institute.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and an in-depth understanding of technology solutions in the digital marketing space.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles, particularly with large enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with business practices, including cultural nuances and legal considerations.
