Job Title:

A Tool Design Specialist position is available in the development of innovative tooling solutions for various industries.

  • This role involves designing and detailing progressive press tools using advanced software.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating strip layouts, interpreting part drawings, and optimizing tool design for material utilization and manufacturability.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in tool design and development.
  • Degree or diploma in tool design, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as ViSi, AutoCAD, CATIA V5, and UG NX.
  • Strong understanding of tool design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of progressive tool designs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
