Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Fintech Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for acquiring quality corporate clients and driving revenue through new business and market expansion.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Pursue high-value opportunities with corporates and financial institutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with product, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the fintech landscape.
About the Role: This is a high-impact position that offers an opportunity to work closely with business leaders, product teams, and operations to drive revenue and client success.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B/corporate sales in Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services.
- A strong understanding of invoice discounting, BOE financing, or trade finance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with or influencing CXO-level clients is a significant advantage.
- A self-motivated, result-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
