About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned analytics leader to spearhead our data-driven initiatives and drive strategic insights across the organization.

This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for building and scaling a culture of data-informed decision-making, enabling informed business decisions, and aligning analytics with organizational objectives.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, finance, and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights, enhance operational efficiency, and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team, including data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists, to drive business outcomes.
  • Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to align with business priorities and objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of analytics infrastructure.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • B2B SaaS experience is mandatory, with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and the need for ongoing user retention.

Requirements:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), SQL, and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a plus.
