Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytics Team Lead to join our team. As a leader in the field of data analysis, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of data analysts, driving business growth through data-driven insights, and developing strategic plans to improve business performance.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of data analysts to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement data strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations for business improvement.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Strategy: Develop and implement data strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of data analysts to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results.
  • Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modeling, performance tuning).
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
