Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver voice, accent neutralization, and communication skills training to new hires and existing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver voice, accent neutralization, and communication skills training to new hires and existing staff.
  • Conduct needs analysis, pre-assessments, and design customized training interventions accordingly.
  • Facilitate New Hire Training (NHT) batches on communication, language, culture, and customer handling skills.
  • Coach agents on pronunciation, grammar, clarity, fluency, and overall customer interaction etiquette.
  • Develop and update training content, modules, and materials based on business needs.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in contact center
  • Experience with voice and accent training, communication training, soft skills training, and corporate training
